For the second consecutive year, ICC has obtained the renewal of its Gender Equality Certification. The approval was first issued in 2024, complying with the international standard Uni/Pdr 125:2022.
The renewal of the certification, issued by Bureau Veritas following annual audits, testifies the steadiness of the path ICC has taken and the effectiveness of the policies adopted to promote an increasingly fair, inclusive and respectful working environment.
We have consolidated concrete initiatives to support the well-being and development of our people: flexible working models, corporate welfare schemes, training programs, engagement initiatives and measures dedicated to achieving a work-life balance.
In 2026 our commitment continues with new plans aimed at fostering an inclusive corporate culture, through awareness-raising programs, initiatives supporting parenthood and activities dedicated to skills development and equal opportunities.
This renewal represents a further step of ICC’s journey towards a workplace founded on respect, active listening and inclusion of every individual.
