I strongly believe that ICC is synonymous with reliability and excellence, both for its history and for its external image. My path began in a historical moment when the market did not offer many opportunities, here I found a certainty at work level, as well as the opportunity to get involved by learning from experienced colleagues.
I started as a cable extrusion department operator, then, thanks to The Next Generation Way project launched by the company, I was chosen in 2021 to cover the role of Team Leader.
In 2013, I joined ICC as a shift operator. I had the opportunity to grow and enrich my skills, so much that in 2018 became a department assistant. Now I hold the role of Junior Production Planner, a transversal figure in close contact with different business areas.
I reflect myself in the dynamism of the company and I take every challenge as an opportunity for growth.
After graduating in “Foreign Languages & Literatures”, I started my career at ICC through an extracurricular internship in the commercial department of the Cables Business Unit.
From the first impact, ICC has looked like a company with a great know-how, able to reconcile traditional values with technological innovation. In my colleagues I find the same loyalty and attention with which I dedicate myself to work: from the first day I have felt part of a solid and close-knit group.
Dynamic and challenging are two adjectives I would choose to describe my job. I am currently Administration & Accounting Manager; with my team I ensure the proper flow of administrative and financial processes.
In an environment of great complexity, I believe that a more female perspective and a good dose of pragmatism provide added value.
How did I get to know ICC? It’s a bizarre story: I used to see the company every morning, driving by; one day I decided to send my Curriculum just out of curiosity and now here I am, since almost 23 years!
When I first joined ICC, I was an ambitious college student with a thesis to write and looking for an opportunity. This experience made a positive mark on my career path. In fact, some time after the curricular internship, my career in human resources as a Recruiter began, growing then to the current role of HR Manager.
The activities that I follow are transversal to the organization and very different from each other; to manage them you need the right mix of proactivity, responsibility and resilience.
The atmosphere I live in the company is the same as on the first day, characterized by a continuous search for improvement and growth opportunities.
