We have concluded the second edition of the Field Project in collaboration with the Master Program in Human Resources Management and Development promoted by SdM Scuola di Alta Formazione of the University of Bergamo, supervising lecturer Dr. Alberto Bolognini.
We involved students in a comparative Employer Branding survey, putting ICC Employee Value Proposition at the center and under discussion.
The Project
The project grew out of a desire to improve ICC value proposition, defined as the advantages, benefits, opportunities and experiences that ICC strives to promote for its employees.
Starting from our current situation, we asked students several questions: how can we improve our value proposition? What tools should we introduce to be more attractive?
Feedback
Students developed a project with the objective of increasing the effectiveness of ICC Attraction and Recruitment.
This proved to be a positive experience aimed at integrating the knowledge learned during the Master program in a real case study such as ICC.
