Solar tracking systems are a state-of-the-art solution for maximizing the efficiency of photovoltaic panels: the precision with which they track the sun trajectory ensures the highest energy production efficiency. For maximum output, the device must have highly reliable components, including our CONTROL SOLAR cable.

THE ICC CONTROL SOLAR CABLE

The cable consists of four power conductors of 1.5 mm² cross-section and three signal conductors of 0.5 mm² cross-section, ensuring efficient transfer of power and signal between the system components. Configurations can be different and customized based on specific requirements.

The conductors are insulated with XLPE (cross-linked polythene), while the outer sheath is made of a special flame-resistant and, most importantly, UV-resistant PVC. This is a key feature to ensure the durability of the cable in outdoor environments where exposure to the sun is continuous.

The conductor arrangement is optimized to reduce external dimensions without compromising performance. This results in greater flexibility with even smaller bending radiuses, an important aspect in complex solar tracking systems.
