At ICC, we hosted four students from The Politecnico of Milan who tested themselves on concrete projects, showing great enthusiasm and initiative.
Mario and Marco, working in Operations, focused on improving setup, maintenance and speed of production lines, applying academic theory to practice.
Enory and Luca collaborated with the planning team, developing a tool for monitoring the Supply Chain, with the aim of simplifying processes and improving efficiency.
The students shared positive feedback about this experience, particularly appreciating the friendly and collaborative environment, which they considered essential to the success of both projects.
They also described ICC as a dynamic and innovation-oriented company that values the ideas of the younger generation and works together with them to build the future.
