With the new project “The Next Generation Way” we have involved 10 people from #ProductionTeam in a process that has seen them participate in individual interviews and group work.
Goal? To enhance their strengths and discover the still hidden #potential.
The project has been successful and we are pleased with the positive opinions expressed by the participants: “I know ICC is counting on me… Thanks to the support of a team of professionals and psychologists I have explored my qualities and areas of improvement, developing my technical and professional skills”.
