We are proud to introduce three new UL-certified cables, developed as a natural evolution and extension of our well-established range for fixed installation applications.
HIGH PERFORMANCE AND FAST WIRING WITH FASTCONNECT TECHNOLOGY
Our new cables are specifically engineered for Industrial Ethernet networks using the PROFINET communication protocol. Beyond ensuring flawless data transmission, their true added value lies in their innovative construction.
The integrated thermoplastic inner sheath has been specifically designed for FastConnect rapid assembly systems. This structure enables extremely fast and precise cable stripping operations, drastically reducing installation time and on-site labor costs.
THE THREE NEW ADDITIONS TO ICC UL PROFINET RANGE
Every industrial application comes with specific mechanical requirements. That’s why we have developed three dedicated versions to cover every wiring need:
● PROFINET F UL – Type A (AWM STYLES 10493/2464): specifically designed for fixed installation. A flexible, shielded PP/PVC cable, flame-retardant and oil-resistant (80°C/300 V).
● PROFINET F UL – Type B (AWM STYLES 10493/2464): the ideal solution for applications requiring greater versatility. Suitable for both fixed installation and occasional flexing use. It maintains excellent oil and flame resistance (PP/PVC, 80°C/300 V).
● PROFINET H UL – Type C (AWM STYLES 10493/20233): our top-of-the-range solution for the most demanding operating conditions. Featuring a PP insulation and a PUR outer sheath, this cable is designed for dynamic use in drag chain applications under harsh conditions. In addition to being oil resistant and flame retardant, it is halogen-free for maximum environmental safety (80°C/300 V).
All versions share a high-coverage shielding system (aluminum/polyester tape with tinned copper braid) to ensure signal integrity even in environments with high electromagnetic interference.
