ICC is excited to continue its support of “Legami CoValenti”, the initiative promoted by the Chemicals, Plastics and Rubber Groups of Confindustria Bergamo, which builds a solid bridge between schools and businesses.
Legami CoValenti offers students a true immersion in the professional world, giving them the opportunity to turn theory into practical skills and learn about modern industrial dynamics.
For this fourth edition, we collaborated with two fifth-year classes from the Natta Institute in Bergamo, opening the doors to our production facilities to give the students a hands-on experience in the field.
Attention was given to materials, production processes, and continuous improvement, with a focus on fundamental issues such as environmental sustainability and workplace safety, pillars of our corporate culture.
Participating in “Legami CoValenti” is a source of great pride for ICC: we believe that supporting young people means investing in the future and contributing to the growth of tomorrow’s leaders.
