We are pleased to inform about ICC HT-cables extension of range. We have introduced the possibility to produce and supply our High temperature fluorinated polymers insulated cables also in bi-color version.
This kind of cables, with ETFE, FEP, PFA, MFA insulation material, can guarantee a very good resistance to heat and tear. Other relevant features are:
- High electrical properties, allowing to provide very small thickness, designated for miniaturized connections;
- Excellent resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents;
- Non-flammability
ICC offers a wide range for these types of cables, including both IMQ, VDE and UL homologated and customized products to satisfy all different application needs.
MAIN APPLICATIONS:
Automotive
Due to the optimal thermal properties and the good resistance to chemical agents, these cables are particularly suitable for wiring inside the engine compartment. These products are also frequently used for lights and sensors connections. ICC automotive cables insulated with fluorinated polymers materials belong to types T5 (ETFE) ; T6 (FEP); T7 (PFA) and T8 (MFA).
Electrical Appliances & Lighting Systems
An important advantage of this product is given by the possibility to produce miniaturized dimensions. This is a feature very requested for these applications. We can provide very small sizes, overall if compared with the dimensions of products made with other insulating materials. These types of cables can be used in small and large cooking appliances, lighting systems, sensors and ignition systems.
