ICC WELDING CABLES: SAFETY, FLEXIBILITY AND DURABILITY IN DEMANDING CONDITIONS

In metal fabrication and heavy industry sectors, component reliability is crucial. To meet the demands of these challenging environments, ICC presents its range of single-core cables designed for welding applications, engineered to ensure safe operations even under heavy-duty conditions, such as those encountered with arc welders.

Our range includes the H01N2-D, H01N2-E and EPR HOFR BS638.4 models.

COMPOSITION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

At the heart of these cables is a flexible copper conductor, available in red or tinned versions. What makes the difference is the sheathing technology:

  • For the H01N2-D/E models, chlorinated elastomeric rubber is employed.
  • For the BS638.4 model, the insulation is EPR with HOFR chlorinated rubber sheath (Heat and Oil Resistant, Flame Retardant).

These high-quality materials ensure an excellent operating temperature range from -20°C to +85°C (down to -40°C when permanently installed). The standard rated voltage is 100/100 V, but it reaches 450/750 V for the EPR/HOFR variant.
