ICC WELDING CABLES: SAFETY, FLEXIBILITY AND DURABILITY IN DEMANDING CONDITIONS

To meet the demands of these challenging environments, ICC presents its range of single-core cables designed for welding applications, engineered to ensure safe operations even under heavy-duty conditions, such as those encountered with arc welders.
Our range includes the H01N2-D, H01N2-E and EPR HOFR BS638.4 models.
COMPOSITION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
At the heart of these cables is a flexible copper conductor, available in red or tinned versions. What makes the difference is the sheathing technology:
- For the H01N2-D/E models, chlorinated elastomeric rubber is employed.
- For the BS638.4 model, the insulation is EPR with HOFR chlorinated rubber sheath (Heat and Oil Resistant, Flame Retardant).
These high-quality materials ensure an excellent operating temperature range from -20°C to +85°C (down to -40°C when permanently installed). The standard rated voltage is 100/100 V, but it reaches 450/750 V for the EPR/HOFR variant.
