“Calling Friends: bring a friend to the company!” is the contest we launched in the past few months to meet the increasing demand for new employees.
The initiative involved the team in one of the most delicate and important processes for company development.
The network of knowledge and contacts supported the search for new professional figures, including juniors, to be included in the production departments. A reward in euro was given to employees who recommended friends, then hired. A total of 46 applications were collected.
