We are proud to announce that in January 2022
ICC has acquired the majority of the shares of CMR Srl,
a Company from Modena specialized in the realization of wiring for different sectors, mainly HVAC (Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning) and automotive.
The synergy between ICC and CMR will allow new significant developments for the Special Connections & Cord-Sets Business Unit, which will be able to increase its presence in the market of special applications, with the implementation of new technologies.
A special thanks goes to the Founder Gabriele Redeghieri, who will remain at the helm of CMR as General Manager, in order to give continuity to the 35 years of success of the company, facilitating its integration into ICC.
