ICC has renewed its Gender Equality Certification, initially obtained in 2024, in accordance with the international standard Uni/Pdr 125:2022.
The certifying body Bureau Veritas has confirmed the effectiveness of the company Gender Equality Management System implementation process, validating the certification renewal.
Over the years, we have made significant progress in promoting gender equality, putting people’s well-being at heart. Initiatives such as smart working, flexible hours, part-time contracts, and corporate welfare programs are just some of the actions implemented to promote a better work-life balance.
This year, we are further strengthening our commitment by introducing courses dedicated to inclusive language and new initiatives to support families. These are concrete tools to promote an increasingly respectful, inclusive, and responsive corporate culture.
