We had the pleasure of hosting at our Bolgare headquarters the second-year students of the ITS Academy Giulio Natta, together with several young university students from various African countries involved in the internationalization project “New Talents for Bergamo” promoted by Confindustria Bergamo and the ITS Academy for New Life Technologies. These students are continuing their studies in the chemical field, attending different courses such as Industrial Process Management, Innovative Materials Technologies, and Biomedical Informatics 4.0.
The day began with a presentation of our company by Mario Belotti, ICC HR Manager. This was followed by a lesson dedicated to polymers by Giuseppe Moreno, Operations Manager, who then led the group on a tour of the laboratory. The program was rounded out with a visit to our facilities, direct interaction with the team, and opportunities for networking among students.
For us, initiatives like this represent a valuable opportunity to engage with young people from international backgrounds, share experiences and expertise, and offer a closer look at who we are and how we work. We are convinced that connecting with the new generations is a concrete step toward building the future together.
