In 2024, ICC opened its doors to young male and female students in the local area, offering several school-to-work programmes that gave them the opportunity to live unique training experiences in a very stimulating work environment. Each trainee was placed in a Team in line with his or her course of study and, supported by Company Tutors, actively participated in the ongoing projects, acquiring new skills and experiencing their application in real professional contexts.
A unique opportunity to interface with professionals and test their skills, as well as a first test in the world of work, with a view to their future.
The feedback from the male and female students was more than positive, an incentive for ICC to continue on this path and be able to grasp the important value of the new generation.
