From a specific customer’s need comes a recent HT Custom project: the request was for a cable capable of connecting RTD sensors while ensuring resistance to high temperatures.
Our R&D Team – BU Cables then developed a new line of instrumentation cables with silicone rubber insulation and sheathing, ideal for critical applications.
SIL/OS/SIL and SIL/IS/OS/SIL cables: the new ICC solution
The new SIL/OS/SIL and SIL/IS/OS/SIL cables are designed to offer maximum reliability in signal transmission in instrumentation and sensors.
These cables are available in multipairs or multitriads configurations, with single shielding and total screen. They are the ideal choice for applications in sectors such as:

Technical characteristics of ICC instrumentation cables
ICC instrumentation cables offer high performance thanks to their high-level construction characteristics:
● insulation and sheathing available in thermoplastic, cross-linked, fluorinated or silicone rubber materials;
● resistance to oils, hydrocarbons and aggressive chemicals;
● resistance to high temperatures and UV rays;
● wide choice of shielding: aluminum/polyester tape or copper braid, applicable to single pairs/triples or the entire cable.
