{"id":165469,"date":"2026-05-15T09:49:03","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T07:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icc.it\/?p=165469"},"modified":"2026-05-15T09:49:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T07:49:07","slug":"bergamo-job-festival-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icc.it\/en\/bergamo-job-festival-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"BERGAMO JOB FESTIVAL 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ICC took part in the <strong>Bergamo Job Festival 2026<\/strong>, an annual event that serves as an important forum for dialogue between students and businesses, organised by Confindustria Bergamo in collaboration with the Local Education Authority.<\/p><p>Our visit to the <strong>Natta<\/strong> and <strong>Paleocapa<\/strong> technical colleges provided a valuable opportunity to engage with young people and gain a deeper understanding of their views on the <strong>future of work <\/strong>and their expectations of companies.<\/p><p>During the meetings, it became clear that the younger generation places great value not only on professional growth, but also on the quality of relationships and well-being within the workplace.
