There are histories that do not end with time but continue to live on in the people who built them: the history of ICC is one of these.<\/p>
Over the last 25 years, ICC has grown, evolved, and faced changes and new challenges. This journey has been made possible by the contribution of many people who, through their work, their skills and their daily choices, have accompanied the company through the different stages of its growth.<\/p>
From these roots comes ICC ROOTS<\/strong>: a project of recognition and continuity, designed to enhance the experiences of those who have contributed to building ICC and to keep alive the link between past, present and future. Living roots that continue to nourish ICC’s identity and accompany its evolution.<\/p> The first step in this journey was a meeting dedicated to those who, over the last 25 years, have concluded their professional careers at ICC, still representing its living roots today. Around 40 people gathered for a convivial evening, characterised by the pleasure of seeing each other again, sharing stories and rediscovering a sense of belonging that goes beyond time and roles, fuelled by experiences that continue to generate value.<\/p> During the event, ICC reiterated two principles that guide its path, through speeches by Paolo Rota, Chairman of the Board of Lebogest, Angela Micheli HR Business Partner and Mario Belotti HR Manager.<\/p> Our roots help us grow, because every evolution is based on a solid and shared history.<\/p> Experiences connect us to the future, because the value of experience represents a natural bridge between generations, skills and visions.<\/p> ICC ROOTS<\/strong> is an open and ongoing project, designed as a place of continuity, where experiences gained over time can continue to dialogue with the present and accompany the future development of ICC.<\/p> For ICC, innovation also means recognising and valuing its roots.
