Initiatives such as smart working, flexible hours, part-time contracts, and corporate welfare programs are just some of the actions implemented to promote a better work-life balance.<\/p><p>This year, we are further strengthening our commitment by introducing courses dedicated to <strong>inclusive language and new initiatives to support families<\/strong>.
