This prestigious certification was obtained after an in-depth evaluation process conducted by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in inspection, compliance verification and certification services.<\/p>\n<p>This recognition is a concrete demonstration of<strong> ICC commitment to promoting a corporate culture based on respect and inclusion. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Over the years, we have launched several initiatives to fight gender stereotypes and violence by taking a fair and inclusive approach. These initiatives include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>smart working policies<\/strong>: our mixed and flexible working model is designed to balance the employee&#8217;s professional and private spheres.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>flexible working hours and part-time contracts<\/strong>: we facilitate the needs of our employees with customized and flexible schedules.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>corporate Welfare Programs<\/strong>: we adopt solutions that aim to improve the corporate climate, also in response to needs emerging from company surveys.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>engagement<\/strong>: we promote various initiatives aimed at strengthening intra-company interactions such as internal events and company contests.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>training programs<\/strong>: we promote continuous development with training and update programs.<\/p>\n<p>This achievement represents an important milestone in our journey to a fair and inclusive work environment.
