{"id":150527,"date":"2023-06-16T08:16:47","date_gmt":"2023-06-16T06:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icc.it\/?p=150527"},"modified":"2023-06-16T08:16:49","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T06:16:49","slug":"icc-as-a-case-study-of-masters-degree-in-human-resource-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icc.it\/en\/field-project-unibg\/","title":{"rendered":"ICC AS A CASE STUDY OF MASTER&#8217;S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have concluded the second edition of the Field Project in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/sdm.unibg.it\/corso\/gsru-a-a-2023-24\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Master Program in Human Resources Management and Development<\/a> promoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/sdm.unibg.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">SdM Scuola di Alta Formazione<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.unibg.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">University of Bergamo<\/a>, supervising lecturer Dr. Alberto Bolognini.<\/p><p>We involved students in a comparative <strong>Employer Branding<\/strong> survey, putting ICC <strong>Employee Value Proposition<\/strong> at the center and under discussion.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Project<\/strong><\/h2><p>The project grew out of a desire to improve ICC value proposition, defined as the advantages, benefits, opportunities and experiences that ICC strives to promote for its employees.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Starting from our current situation, we asked students several <strong>questions<\/strong>: how can we improve our value proposition?
