{"id":144750,"date":"2021-12-17T10:09:22","date_gmt":"2021-12-17T09:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icc.it\/progetto-wcm-il-team-si-allarga\/"},"modified":"2022-04-14T10:10:45","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T08:10:45","slug":"wcm-project-the-team-is-growing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icc.it\/en\/wcm-project-the-team-is-growing\/","title":{"rendered":"WCM Project: the team is growing!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><p>In ICC, we have started a growth path that involves the whole Operations area and aims at <strong>WCM<\/strong>, a possibility to reach production excellence.<\/p><p>We are proud to have involved in our project team also <strong>Emanuele Nesi<\/strong> and <strong>Samuele Maiolli<\/strong>, two engineers of the course in <strong>Industrial Management<\/strong> at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.polimi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politecnico di Milano<\/a><\/strong>, methodologically supervised by <strong>Eng. Federica Costa<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Since October, the engineers have been actively involved in the <strong>13 WCM sites<\/strong> of ICC. In particular, they follow the development of the WCM pillars: <strong>Workplace Organization<\/strong>, <strong>Logistic &amp; Customer<\/strong>, <strong>Focus Improvement<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The tasks include the knowledge and application of <strong>SMED methodologies<\/strong> for system time verification, machine tooling and departmental audits.
