Since 2016 I have been managing the operation of the IT infrastructure in ICC, ensuring the proper flow of activities.
My role has allowed me to get in touch and get to know all the company teams, so I can say that respect and friendliness are the basis of human relations in ICC.
I started my journey through an extra-curricular internship after graduating high school. I believe that my accuracy and determination have been noticed by the company that, during these years, has given me the opportunity to grow.
If I were asked what the working environment at ICC is like, I would certainly define it as dynamic and innovative; a lot of value is given to interpersonal relationships and listening to new points of view.
My connection with ICC began during high school, thanks to an integrated school – working experience in Administration & Logistics.
After finishing my university studies in “Foreign Languages & Literatures” I returned to the company through an extra-curricular internship in the role of sales representative.
Today, I manage the Italian and foreign customers portfolio of the BU Special Connections & Cords – Sets.
At first, I was assigned to the Logistics & Shipping office, while since 2020 I have been working in the R&D team. Each experience has enriched me both from a technical and a personal point of view.
I appreciated how the company was able to notice my being versatile and proactive in every role. I hope I will continue to enrich my skillset.
I create content for internal and external company communication; what I appreciate about my work are the many projects that I have the opportunity to follow with the collaboration of different working groups.
Interacting every day with numerous corporate figures has allowed me to grasp the true richness of ICC: the human relationships that are established with senior colleagues, a rich source of teachings from which to draw inspiration for my future.
